Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Venice Pizzeria (“Venice Pizzeria,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit venicepizzeriala.com (the “Site”), call us or order from us, and the choices and rights you have, including as a California resident.

Last updated: November 6, 2026

1. Who we are

Venice Pizzeria is a pizza restaurant at 17806 Sierra Hwy, Santa Clarita, CA 91351. You can reach us at (661) 298-0157 or in person during business hours, 11 AM to 8 PM daily.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the restaurant, take your order and improve our marketing:

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, delivery address and order details when you call, order in person or contact us.

  • Online orders: orders placed through our online ordering page are processed by our ordering partner, Slice. Slice collects your contact, delivery and payment details and shares the order details we need to prepare and deliver your food. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

  • Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, we and our partners collect device and browser information, IP address (and the approximate location it suggests), pages viewed, links tapped, referring websites and the date and time of your visit, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Prepare, deliver and support your orders, and answer your calls and questions.

  • Operate, secure and improve the Site.

  • Measure how our ads perform and show relevant Venice Pizzeria offers on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

4. Cookies, the Meta Pixel and your choices

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API on the Site. These tools tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) about actions taken on the Site, such as page views, taps on our phone number and clicks on “Order online,” so we can measure our ads and reach people nearby who may want pizza. Meta may combine this with information it already has about you under its own privacy policy.

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline these advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie choices” link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out and do not load the Meta Pixel.

You can also control ads through your Facebook ad preferences, the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page and your browser’s cookie settings. Our website host, Framer, may also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to keep the Site running smoothly.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

  • With service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Framer), our online ordering partner (Slice) and its payment processors, under terms that limit how they can use it.

  • With advertising partners (Meta), as described above. Under California law this may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can opt out of at any time.

  • With authorities or others when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

6. Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use and share about you, and get a copy of it.

  • Ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you.

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including for targeted advertising. Choose “Decline” under “Cookie choices,” or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.

  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this choice.

  • Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.

To make a request, call us at (661) 298-0157 or visit us at 17806 Sierra Hwy. We will verify your request using information we already have and respond within the time required by law. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law you may also ask how we share information for direct marketing; we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, such as completing your order, keeping required business and tax records, and resolving disputes. Advertising cookies set by Meta generally expire within 90 days unless renewed by a new visit.

8. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know is under 16.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, and the Site is served over a secure HTTPS connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be posted on this page.
